Pumpkin pancakes


2 c. flour
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt

Sift together.

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp vinegar

Mix together, then add sifted dry ingredients to combine.

Make pancakes on the griddle as usual.

I serve these with toasted pecans and real maple syrup.
