a couple of different option
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup yogurt
juice of half a lime
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp poppyseeds
a few twists of pepper
Throw it all in a jar and shake it like crazy. Let it sit overnight before using it if you can.

1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp yogurt
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp shallot (grated? finely minced?)
1 tsp dijon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Throw it all in a jar and shake it like crazy. Let it sit overnight before using it if you can.
