First, I turned on the oven, then put my skillet on medium heat and added a splash of oil.
Then I threw in a handful of green beans right out of the freezer and about a tablespoon of curry. If you don't like curry, don't be dissuaded-use whatever spice or spice combo you like or just salt and pepper.
I gave it a good stir to coat the rice in oil and coat everything in the curry.
Next I added a cup of water. I wanted to add chicken broth but it's frozen solid, so water it is, but you could use any liquid.
(idea! add ginger when you put in the beans and use orange juice as your liquid)
Having said that, it was fantastic! I like sauce so I added a little teriyaki I found in the fridge and it was a beautiful dinner. There's no reason you couldn't bump it up a little and make it for 2 or 4. You'd need a larger pan if you were doing 4 I think, but you can figure it out.
I am a genius.
Now to rock the accounting studying just as hard.
Enjoy!
