1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
a good pinch of salt
massage cabbage for 5 minutes
a spoonful of ginger - grated
a spoonful of garlic - grated
white pepper
rice wine vinegar
toasted sesame oil
sesame seeds
green onion
