Tuna Melt

Looking in the pantry and fridge for a light, nutritious yet satisfying lunch. This is what I came up with;

1/2 can light tuna packed in water
1 tbsp Bacon and Roasted Onion salad dressing
1/4-1/3 cup shredded part skim mozzerella cheese
Stir this all together and smear on a toasted bagel, then put under the broiler in your toaster oven until it's all melty and warm.

I had it with a can of V8. mmmmmmm
