1/2 box of pasta shells cooked
1/2 bag frozen peas
1 shallot, minced
3 small radishes, sliced
1 or 2 cans of tuna
a hard boiled egg or two might be good?
Dressing;
1/2 cup mayo
pickle juice or apple cider vinegar or chive blossom vinegar
lemon juice
celery seed?
salt and pepper
When the pasta was done cooking, I tossed the frozen peas in the hot noodles.
Put the pasta and the peas in the fridge to cool completely.
Make the dressing and toss it in the fridge to marry and cool.
Combine and serve.
