3/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp dry mustard
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
blend in food processor
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
pour in while the processor is running to create an emulsification
3 Tbsp papaya seeds
1 Tbsp garlic shallot puree
pulse until the seeds resemble cracked black pepper
