La Scala Chopped Salad - Hungry Happens
dressing;
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- S&P
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
mix together first 5 ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning, then add the cheese
salad;
- 15 oz csan chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romain
- 4 oz salami slices, cut into strips
- 8 oz marinated artichokes
- 1/3 c sundried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozza
toss the remaining ingredients with the rest of the dressing
put the chick peas in a bowl, top with the salad and flip it over onto the plate to serve.
