7 g corn starch
7 g kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
260 g icing sugar
105 g cocoa powder
272 g non-fat dry powdered milk
Toast the powdered milk in a 300F oven until golden. About 15-20 min.
Use a food processor to mix it all up.
Store in an air tight container with one of those packets to keep it from clumping.
40 g of mix
60 ml hot water 200F
- stir to a paste
-use a frother
