Marielle’s Cinnamon Almond Granola

Heat the over to 325F

 

¾ cup of veg oil

1/3 cup honey

¼ cup sugar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp vanilla

1 Tbsp cinnamon

½ Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1 pinch of salt

 

Whisk in a large bowl, add

 

5 cups rolled oats

Stir to thoroughly coat the oats and add

 

2 cups chopped nuts

 

Stir.

 

Spread evenly on parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with flaky salt.

Bake 30 minutes or so, until it’s starting to brown.

Let it cool for 30 minutes.

 

Break into pieces.

Add dried fruit if you want.
