Meatballs

What can you say about meatballs?  It's hard to do it wrong.  After trying lots of things, I've come to this recipe. 
It's super flexible so if you're missing something, there are many substitutes available.

1 cup panko
enough milk to moisten the panko
2 tsp each dried oregano, parsely, basil
1 egg
1 handful ground parmesan
7 grinds of black pepper
some salt
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 pound regular ground beef
1 pound ground pork
Mix into balls and bake at 350F
