Fried Rice

 2 cups cooked rice

2/3 cups chopped baby carrots

1/2 cup frozen green beans

2 Tbsp oil

2 large eggs

3 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp sesame oil

Partially cook veg.

Heat oil in pan, add veg, cook to heat through, add eggs, quickly scramble, add rice, shake in soy sauce and sesame oil.  Stir to heat through.
