Where did this come from?
Pastry for single crust pie
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups pecan halves
Preheat oven to 375F. Roll out dough to fit a 9 in pie plate. Transfer to pie plate and prep or flute the edges.
Whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. Add maple syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into the prepared crust.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour, Top with whipped cream to serve
