Creme Brulee

 from Said Pastry


150g milk

150g whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

4 egg yolks

20g sugar

brown sugar

boil the milk and cream

mix egg yolks and sugar

temper the eggs with the hot milk mixture

pour into ramekins

bake at 212F for 50 min

refrigerate for a few hours or overnight

sprinkle with brown sugar, then carmelize
