where did I find this?
1/2 cup cranberry sauce, or cranberry jelly
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, to taste
Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir often, and watch carefully to make sure it doesn't burn.
Remove from the heat, and allow the sauce to cool completely before using.
A place for me to keep the recipes I've tried and that work. Along with my personal notes about each recipe. I'll also talk about my thoughts on food and cooking, ranting and or pondering as the occasion dictates or the mood moves.
