1/2 cup EVOO
1 large onion chopped
10 cloves garlic

Sweat out together. Cook until the moisture evaporates and it starts to fry. Take half of this mixture for the meatballs.
Deglaze with half a cup of white wine (or water)
Add 1 28oz can plus 1 15 oz can tomatoes that have been blended.

Simmer.
BALLS
small handful of parsley, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
cooled cooked veg from the marinara
2 eggs
1/3 cup panko
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup grated parm
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup EVOO
black pepper
Mix to a homogenous mixture but don't squeeze and sqiush. Rimmed baking sheet, oiled. Make balls. Fry.
Add to marinara.
