3 1/2 cups Cheerios

3 cups Rice Chex

3 cups Corn Chex

2 1/4 cups plain M&M's - 400g package

2 1/2 cups salted mixed nuts

2 cups small pretzels

1/4 cup cocoa nibs

5 cups  - 835g pkg. white chocolate chips

1/4 cup instant espresso powder

Start to melt the chocolate chips with the espresso powder.

Prepare 2 large sheet trays with silicon mats.

Combine cereal, candy, nuts, pretzels and cocoa nibs in the largest tub you have.

Pour melted chocolate mixture over and give it a good stir to make sure everyone is coated.

Divide the mixture in half and spread out on the sheet trays.  Leave it to set about 30 minutes.
