Sourdough pizza

Inspired by Facebook Group Canadian Sourdough Nerds

1/2 cup active starter

1/2 cup warm water

2 1/2 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

3 or 4 Tbsp olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Mix dough.
Stretch and fold 4-5 times.  1 hour between each SF
Let rise until doubled at room temp.
Fridge for 6 hours - 4 days
Bring to room temp then make pizza
