Pimento Cheese

from someone from the BATK Facebook Group;
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup farmers cheese (you can use any soft cream cheese or ricotta as long as it isn't too wet, I've also used Greek yogurt)
A handful of a chopped pimento (I've also used olive, pickles, and even anchovies if you really want to up the ante)
Season to taste...
Pulse in a food processor until you like the consistency...
