Ginger Sesame Sauce

where did I get this?

 1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

3 Tbsp tahini

1 Tbsp pomegranate molasses

1 Tbsp grated ginger

1 Tbsp grated garlic

1/3 cup water or broth


Use to sauce chinese noodles, stir fry ...


A sauce for dumplings;

1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice vinegar (I use rice seasoning it's a little different), 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced Ginger (I use a heaping tsp because I really like Ginger), as much garlic as you like. It's good for a week in the fridge.
