developed by me based on 3 different recipes I found
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup active sourdough starter
2-2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
mix the dough until soft
(do I need to do some stretch and folds here?)
let rise overnight
shape into rolls in the morning
let rise until doubled
Bake 375 for 20-30 min

for soft pumpkin rolls;
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup starter
1/2 cup pumpkin
NO milk, butter, egg
